Would you be my Godfather for circumcision?

Godfather, in the dictionary, means a person who helps the child during circumcision and covers all circumcision expenses.

Thousands of children living under difficult conditions in Africa cannot be circumcised due to financial difficulties. Because they cannot be circumcised, different diseases, especially urinary tract infections, can occur in children.
