Dairy Goat
Poverty and hunger in Africa seriously affect people’s lives. In order to provide permanent support for the problems our brothers and sisters face and to provide regular income, we have launched our Goat Milk Project. Goats are among the animals that can adapt to the harsh climate conditions in Africa.
Goat’s milk contains high levels of zinc, phosphorus, calcium, iron, magnesium, and vitamins A and B. Many of the components found in breast milk are also present in goat’s milk, making it a suitable substitute for poor families’ children.
We are helping families in need by providing them with a female and a male milk goat to support their livelihoods and nutrition.
Thanks to the project, needy families, especially widows and orphans, can consume the milk of the goats according to their needs and desires. They can also sell any surplus. They can breed and care for these animals, and benefit from their meat and leather as well.
Our goal is to increase families’ confidence and hope for the future through goat milk donations.
